[Chara Vs Mettaton NEO]

This was really well made! I especially love how it wasn't made in the traditional "white background, black outlines" but the other way around, it gave the animation a techno-ey feel that works well considering one of the characters was robotic. The special effects having a bright neon color also helped make them stand out even more. All the frames were consistent and I never noticed any technical errors or frame problems. All in all, this was a near-flawless cartoon! Keep at it!

haha, theres actually a technical error, regarding the direction/flow of scenes where neo first fire his buster cannon shot, and the laser direction is not in the "continuity direction" of the shot in the next immediate scene.
